The Chef

My name is Alexandre Walger and I am a former student of renowned chefs Alain Chapel and Jacques Chibois.

You may have previously heard of me if you used to dine at the “Côté Jardin” restaurant in Cannes. I was the owner and chef of this restaurant which is mentioned in every French food guide.

This wonderful venture lasted fourteen years. Since 2001, I have been a specialist in the preparation of gourmet meals for receptions at your home or private venues.

In the intimate comfort of your home, for you and your friends, I prepare meals and cocktails for family gatherings, business entertainment, lunch or dinner buffets and will even conduct cookery courses.

My experience and know-how in the business have been developed over more than twenty years.
